About the Recipe

What better way to reduce your food waste than turn your veg peelings into delicious crisps! I only used potato peelings here but you can use parsnips, beetroots, carrots etc.

This is a super simple and delicious snack which can be ready in 25 minutes. You can also have a play around with the seasoning depending on what tickles your taste buds.

Ingredients

  • Potato peelings

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Smoked paprika

  • A generous pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Peel your veg into a bowl with your oil and seasoning and mix will, coating all the peelings

  2. Lay out on a baking tray and cook at 180 Celsius for 20 minutes. Give them a shake halfway through for a nice even cook!
